Donation Request

Laser Storm will donate two customized items for your event, an Adventure Pack which is 5 free laser tag games and discount coupons. See samples below. The Adventure Pack is great for a Chinese/silent auction, a door prize or a giveaway. The Laser Storm discount coupons are to be given to everyone attending the event as a way to thank them for attending. Since both items will be customized with the name of your event and the name of your organization, everyone will be reminded of the great time they had at your event.

Please fill out the following form to submit your request. The items will have the Organization and Event Name printed upon verification. All requests are to be picked up at Laser Storm. Please wait for confirmation before arranging a pickup time of the donation items. If items are to be mailed, a $5 mailing fee will be charged via credit card. Be sure to attach your organization’s event flyer!
