Birthday Party or Group Events

We do not require a signed waiver. Our laser tag system does not use a laser. It is simply an LED light.

Yes we offer party bags. Our party bag typically contains a deck of cards, spin copter, whoopee cushion, sticky hand, parachute guy and an assortment of candy. You can also give the guests a ticket voucher and let them choose the candy and toys they would like to have.

Yes. You can add a payment online by clicking the link at the bottom of your confirmation email or call the store at 412-364-3473 to add an additional payment.

No. We make the pizza so you can place your order after we count the players attending the party. We recommend at least one eight cut pizza for 4 players (2 slices per person).

Yes, You can make the change up to 4 days before the party. Laser Storm can make the change if your party is less than 4 days away to ensure scheduling changes are properly made.

No. We will count the players after they arrive on the day of the party. You must pay for at least 10 players.

Changes within 4 days of the party must be made by Laser Storm. Just give us a call at 412-364-3473.

Do not worry, we will show you how to play. Simply ask for a briefing when you arrive.

No. There is no reservation required to just come play laser tag. You will join the other players that are here at the same time. Events such as a birthday party, exclusive use and group outings require a reservation and a deposit at time of booking.

We do not ask the age of the players. We recommend the age of 5 to be the youngest. Kids younger than 5 have played, but are typically afraid of the laser tag environment. If you are unsure, bring your child down to check it out and dress them in clothing that glows in black light. Then they think the arena is cool.
